THE DAY-TO-DAY
This job has a flexible schedule ! You work 30-40 hours/week during normal business hours, but your start and end times are based on your schedule. Once you are trained and comfortable, there is the potential to work from home as long as you have a nice, quiet place to work.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you actively participate in our excellent training program so that you can be successful in this role. With over 500 clients in the HVAC & Plumbing service industries, we need you to provide them with exceptional customer service. These companies struggle to find the right people for their jobs, but you are happy to step in and help them find qualified applicants.
When a client needs to hire someone, they simply call you. By asking a series of questions either over the phone or via email, you are able to get a good understanding of what they are looking for. Your next step is to take this information to our writing team to get a creative job ad written. After the ad is loaded into our system and posted to the job boards, applicants start flowing in! At that point, the client takes over the hiring process and you move on to the next client.
Your day is filled with a steady flow of work, but it is never boring! Each day you can be found talking on the phone, posting jobs in our system, creating screening questions, or reviewing applicants. Throughout your day, you rely on checklists to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Checking in with our clients, you make sure their needs are met!
