Job Description REQUIRED: Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI At least 5 years of experience in the following: NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, and experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, to include current efforts in developing survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities. Job DescriptionProject Background: Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) represents the capabilities which enable the President to exercise nuclear command and control authorities and the Department of Defense's (DOD's) nuclear forces to act upon the President's direction. The NC3 Enterprise is critical to deterrence and credible nuclear warfighting, but it has not progressed at the pace of technological innovation. Job Description and Tasks: The government requires Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) to assist the Government in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and timely current and long-term all-source intelligence to satisfy Indications and Warning (I&W), Situational Awareness (SA), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), and Target Systems Analysis (TSA) requirements levied by the USSTRATCOM planning and operations communities. The focus of this task order is both strategic deterrence and Nuclear Command and Control Communications (NC3) functional analysis aligned against peer and near-peer adversaries (Russia, China, North Korea, Iran) as outlined in the National Defense Strategy. Analysts shall conduct analysis/fusion of all-source intelligence, establish and maintain relationships with Intelligence Community (IC) analysts, and support visualization of a current operational picture for the Command. ROLE: Geospatial Analyst (Mid) REQUIRED: Clearance: TS/SCI Education: Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or 8 years' Military experience in a related field. ROLE: Geospatial Analyst (Junior) REQUIRED: Clearance: TS/SCI Education: Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or 4 years' Military experience in a related field. DESCRIPTION: Support the Government in developing a comprehensive understanding of potential adversaries' strategic weapons via Spatial Analysis and Support. The contractor will provide cartographic and spatial analytic support to USSTRATCOM J2 and employ GIS expertise to identify, analyze, and depict intelligence issues spatially. The findings will be incorporated into existing USSTRATCOM workflow processes as requested by the Government. The analysts will also have experience with the installation, configuration, operation, and limitations of the ArcGIS Enterprise. The contractor will use ArcGIS Enterprise software to provide support to develop databases, create custom maps, charts, and graphics, and leverage Combat Support Agencies and other DoD visualization system capabilities as requested by the Government.
