We are seeking a sharp, driven, friendly Client Services Coordinator to become part of our team for the long-term. This is a full-time position with room to grow. We will need you to wear many hats, and take the lead on implementation and execution using the technology and training we’ve invested in to support you.

Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast-paced environment, excel at multi-tasking, and possess the following qualities and skills: a professional demeanor, a positive outlook, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, the ability to manage projects, a desire to handle client-facing tasks, and the ability to prioritize assignments independently.

Our main office is located in Middletown, CT. You may be expected to meet clients at our Stonington, CT office several times per month. We are open 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, and you will be expected to work the bulk of your hours within that time frame, although you may need to work occasional evenings or weekend days in the future.

You must be tech savvy and able to handle working with several different databases of information. You may be helping with the website, social media or marketing. One of your most critical and immediate jobs will be to learn, understand and master the various systems that support us to serve our clients and ensure they have a fantastic experience every time they interact with our office.

We are a very small team, which means you will need to operate independently most of the time, be able to creatively problem solve, and seek to create more efficiency in the delivery of our services. You must be able to think on your feet and make good decisions.

If you are the right person, you’ll be ready to jump in do what is needed, everything from printing documents to running a client meeting, and have no problem at all picking up the phone and making a request of someone--and following up systematically.

But, the most important part of your job involves talking with our potential clients who are curious about our services, educating them about our process, and then once they hire us, ensuring that we give them great service.

You will handle intake calls, follow up on leads, and set appointments. From there, you will help us deliver our services for each client.

Full time with benefits. Compensation range posted is starting base pay.
