Sign-On Bonus of $2000!* The retail Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role for stores and is intended as a key pipeline for future career-growth within BSRO. This role is primarily responsible for serving the Boss (customer) through assessing the Bosses' needs, recommending appropriate products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring Boss satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-person consultations and troubleshooting to customers at the service counter on a variety of computers, computer-related equipment and other retail products sold in the store
Recommend various service solutions including, but not limited to, data backups, anti-virus, extended warranties, and support subscriptions
Identify, diagnose, and document hardware failure(s) or software problems on a variety of electronic devices including, but not limited to, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, TVs, and monitors
Assemble custom computers sold by our expert build-your-own (BYO) sales team
Understand and utilize technical manuals and support resources while maintaining appropriate technical certifications and vendor certifications, while keeping up to date on retail products and current technologies
Maintain a cash till, handle customer transactions, and maintain the department by ensuring a clean work area is maintained and inventory is accurately tracked
Provide timely, complete, and accurate information directly to customers via face-to-face, telephone, text, and email communication regarding their service event on a constant basis
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent with one-year related computer service repair or technical customer service experience strongly preferred

Scope of Services:

Participates in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical phases of patient testing. This includes specimen processing, collection and handling as well as test analysis and reporting. Performs routine and complex chemical and biological analysis of blood, tissue, body fluids and excretions of patients, which includes principles of human growth and development according to established laboratory guidelines. The patient specific population is defined in the department scope of service to which this position is assigned. Through understanding of the principles of the procedures, this position integrates, correlates, or evaluates the data obtained for the purpose of determining the validity of results as related to patients and standards.
**Responsibilities And Duties:**
a. Assesses the physical, psychological, developmental, age-related and cultural health dimension of patients while utilizing interview, observation and inspection techniques. Uses appropriate equipment for the age and condition of the patient when collecting specimens. b. Obtains blood from inpatients, outpatients, and nursing home patients to perform analysis. Operates, calibrates, and maintains instrumentation and equipment. c. Prepares reagents and control material as required for testing. d. Completes testing procedures in an efficient manner such that turnaround time policies are met and overtime is minimized. e. Recognizes problems, makes corrections, and applies backup procedures appropriately in the event that standard testing methods fail. Corrective action is initiated appropriate for the education and experience of the position. III. a. Summary:
The ServiceTechnician Repair will fabricate, install and remove a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment either in-house, in the field, or offshore.
Responsibilities of the ServiceTechnician include, but are not limited to:
* Performs service, writes reports and helps identify needed parts.
* Communicates to customers about any issues they were unaware of.
* Presents a good image of the company.
* Arrives at appointments on time.
* Inspects all equipment on site, looks for additional aftermarket or completes opportunities. Take a systems approach.
* Cleans up after the job and/or in the shop.
* Properly fills out and signed service report from the site, with correct part numbers.
* Builds relationships with customers and provides world class customer service.
* Communicates to sales team any and all possible sales opportunities.
* Communicates daily with our service coordinator.
* Responds to afterhours phone calls for service as needed, rotating on call schedule. Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly vehicle while meeting all company and governmental safety and environmental regulations.
* Learns and uses technology to access APO systems, IRU, Techlink etc.
* Completes IR start up form on all startups, copy inside sales with form. Makes sure rental machines are 100% operational and safe before being released to the customer. Tops off the fuel when returned and writes down information.
* Attends and actively participates in service meetings.
* Returns unused parts to the parts crib.
* Tags and returns warranty parts to the warranty shelf.
* Tags any equipment or component brought back to the shop.
* Responsibly manages the use of APO resources such as, shop supplies, scrap metal, fuel, maintenance items, etc.
* Keeps up on vocational and safety trainings.
Qualifications of the ServiceTechnician include, but are not limited to:
