As a Client Service Technician, you will need to communicate, have mechanical skills, and troubleshoot problems. You will need to answer calls and help customers address technical problems or travel to homes and businesses to repair or maintain products. You might work in telecommunications, with computers, office machines or specialize in electronics repair.
