The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) client-facing functions utilizing the colleague's advanced skills in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance and is responsible for a blend of internal delivery activities. The ACA is responsible for supporting client relationships, strategy development, and execution at the insurance program level. This role works in conjunction with a Producer and Client Advocate within our Retail & Distribution Industry Vertical Division (IVD).
The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) owns client service activities and client engagement in those activities through daily coordination with an assigned Client Specialist in our Global Service Delivery (GSD) Team. The ACA is the primary point of contact for providing all service, escalation, and placement to meet the client's insurance and risk management needs. The ACA has a strong connection to the client's business with a fundamental understanding of its industry and aids in opportunities to maximize the profitability of existing clients by supporting new business efforts.
The primary responsibility of the Associate Client Advocate is to provide an exceptional client experience, with a primary focus on direct client engagement and retention of that business. + Engage Service Liaisons (Subject Matter Expert or Client Operations Specialist) on escalations
+ Gather and receive all client information working in collaboration with the Client Specialist

**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000-$120,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

About the Role
This role is a critical part of Zenni's award-winning Customer Service team. Compensation

As the Contract Specialist within JP Morgan's Asset Management you are an accountable member of the US Intermediary Contract team with primary responsibility for the contract management process - approval, negotiations and administration for the J.P. This position fosters relationships and regularly interacts with senior management, sales teams, business leaders, and legal and compliance personnel across multiple investment lines ( US Funds, Institutional, Global Liquidity, Separately Managed Account businesses) .
**Job responsibilities**
+ Manage the standard contract and governance process; ownership of the bespoke/negotiated contracts, across our various investment products; information resource to legal, line of business senior management, sales and service teams in Funds impacted by the contract process
+ Maintain central records for all contracts and respective fee arrangements with financial intermediaries; includes accountability for data integrity and oversight of contract management tool. Maintenance and ownership of department contract procedures
+ Partner with internal legal - running the weekly meeting, manager, compliance, invoice team, product, sales management and management of other functional areas to coordinate effective, fluid and timely management of the contract negotiation process
+ Expected to make decisions concerning the day-to-day operation of the various entities, exercise good judgment and escalate issues appropriately
+ Anticipate the needs of clients and work to consistently meet or exceed those needs, will require regular interaction with senior level personnel at the Funds' distribution partners
+ Work independently or in coordination with internal sales team to address client inquiries and respond to information requests
+ Become the agreement expert; fully understand how J.P. Morgan Funds conducts business across various sales channels and client segments

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow up
Listen carefully to customer descriptions and relay to technician who will then assess the vehicle to determine the best repair plan
Advise the customer on the auto repairs that you recommend and offer a pricing quote
Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information
Provide updates to customers as their work is completed
Qualifications
ADP/CDK Experience preferred, but not required
Previous dealership experience preferred, but not required
Customer minded attitude
Eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
Ability to learn new technology

THE ROLE
Legends/ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Guest Services Ambassador at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. As a Guest Services Ambassador, you'll ensure every guest's visit is a memorable one. Your role is a blend of navigator, information guru, and hospitality extraordinaire. Get ready to shine as you interact with clients, facility staff, in-house concessionaires, and an array of individuals who contribute to the magic of Greater Columbus Convention Center.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the welcoming face of assistance, meeting and greeting guests, and offering answers to their queries.
Operate in the Guest Services Areas, guiding visitors to their desired destinations within and outside the facility. You'll be the go-to source for building and event details, as well as a fountain of knowledge regarding various amenities and services.
Provide information about local gems such as shopping, dining, nightlife, sports, and tourism attractions-all conveniently within walking distance.
Complete a range of tasks, from administrative duties like retail transactions, copying, faxing, and printing to managing scooter and wheelchair rentals.
Stay connected via a two-way radio, ensuring seamless communication with management, security, and staff.
The excitement never stops in the hospitality industry. Expect varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the dynamic demands of the facility.
Availability to work both evenings and daytime/morning shifts essential.
Initiate contact with guests within 10 feet, radiating positivity with a smile, a cheerful "Good Day," or lending a helping hand.
Offer solutions to guest complaints and concerns and follow up to ensure their absolute satisfaction.
Embrace interacting with large groups or addressing individual guest needs.
Understand the importance of meticulous customer service, believing wholeheartedly that "The Magic is in the Details."

QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of the fast-paced world of a large convention center. Basic computer skills and internet navigation are essential, as is the ability to interpret schedules and maps.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bring at least six months of customer service experience to the stage. Previous POS experience and your unwavering commitment to customer service is a bonus.
