YOUR ROLE
As an IT SupportSpecialist, you'll deliver support to Immuta employees, helping them stay productive across MacOS, SaaS applications, and a growing set of workplace technologies. You'll be the trusted first line of support, resolving issues quickly when you can, triaging and escalating complex problems when you can't, and partnering closely with the rest of the IT Team to learn, document, and improve how we operate.
This is a hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio. You'll work from our Columbus office 3 days per week.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Provide day-to-day support for end users across SaaS applications, MacOS, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot, triage, and escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators and Engineers, capturing details and partnering on resolution.
Procure, ship, configure, and manage our fleet of Macs, iPads, Zoom Rooms, and other IT equipment.
Execute onboarding, offboarding, and access changes, ensuring users have what they need when they need it.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the team's knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
Participate in core IT service management workflows, supporting incidents, service requests, changes, and asset tracking.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
Previous IT support experience preferred, OR relevant coursework, certifications, internships, or demonstrated passion for technology through personal projects, volunteering, or self-study.
Proficiency supporting MacOS environments managed by Jamf or another endpoint management solution.
Experience working with a variety of SaaS applications, such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Zoom.

The American Red Cross is seeking a Tech Support Analyst based in Columbus, Ohio.
The Tech Support Analyst will install, troubleshoot, and repair software and/or equipment. The Tech Support Analyst will solve user's routine to moderately complex problems with network or applications software for internal and external users. Will also partner with and provide support to Red Cross IT End User Services volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
The work location for this exciting opportunity is located at 995 E Broad St., Columbus, OH. The selected candidate will work from this Red Cross office and need to be able to travel within a 5 minute to 4 hour radius of the office up to 10% -15% of the time.
Standard work hours are 8:00 - 5:00pm. We work a 40 hour work week schedule, Monday - Fridays.

PAY INFORMATION:

The Meals on Wheels SupportSpecialist collects, maintains, and reviews client data and performs computer data entry and other clerical tasks. Our nutrition program does not just provide older adults access to healthy food, we provide community! Essential Job Functions:
Data Entry and Reporting
Maintain client database meeting departmental data entry standards
Compile a variety of routine records and reports for daily food delivery
Document no shows and complete required follow-up calls to ensure client safety
Prepare and submit end of month reports and claims follow-up to ensure payment
Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer eligibility for all funding sources, service availability, and all program requirements
Communication
Act as primary point of contact for clients to handle meal selections, cancellations, and concerns
Act as primary point of contact for care consultants/case managers for client concerns, no shows, issues, etc.
Direct Program Assistance
Assist volunteers and meal delivery staff in daily program operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery is completed while maintaining quality and safety standards and compliance
Assist Nutrition Administrative Manager and Administrator during funder or other audit reviews and with other projects, as needed
Attend and participate in all staff meetings, special events, training sessions, and in-service education programs, as required
Cross-train to act as substitute volunteer in any area of the department, including the kitchen
Assist or perform backup duties for Nutrition Program Supervisor
Adhere to all applicable Nutrition Program policies and procedures
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Bookkeeping experience preferred, with strong math skills
Experience working with volunteers preferred
