Working here, in my experience, was not a great one due to the fact that I witnessed hatred, criticism, and one thing I noticed: if you don't have a friend or a relative in higher management, your chances here are a little. I mean, they hired someone right out of high school due to the fact that his father is one of the directors. And witnessing staff members sabotaging each other just to get ahead, no need to work with people like that. Uncomfortable to work with. And you have insecure administrations who are bosses not leaders.
