How you'll
create opportunities
in this Office Support Coordinator role:
Front Office Administration: Answer phones, as needed (coordinate with other offices).
Manage front desk hosting for clients and guests. Manage parking needs for guests.
Coordinate all mailing including UPS and certified and add charges to billing system by client.
Coordinate office maintenance and maintain production room including all supplies & copier needs.
Assemble, mail, file, deliver, and e-file tax returns
Proactively manage database and workflow systems to ensure accurate maintenance of client data
Respond to client needs on behalf of tax teams as needed to assist in time and workflow management
Participate in local, regional, and firmwide teams to serve our clients
Tax form management, collect and process in a timely manner
Prioritizes and is resourceful in completing tasks through multi-tasking and utilizing creative thinking

What you will need:
3 or more years of related administrative support experience required.
High school degree or equivalent experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.

Job Summary
The Sterile Processing Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of sterile processing to ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities
Follow all ANSI/AAMI standards, IFUs, SOPs, and company Work Instructions.
Decontaminate, disassemble, clean, and reassemble surgical instruments.
Accurately assemble and package instrument trays and sets.
Operate washers, sterilizers, and other processing equipment.
Inspect instruments for cleanliness, function, and damage prior to packaging.
Document missing or damaged instruments per SOPs.

Essential Functions:
1. Maintains a caseload of approximately 8 children and families.
2. Contact enrolled children and families within 48 hours of enrollment, and set up initial visit to occur within 5 business days of enrollment to introduce self and supports available.
3. Schedule and attend weekly visits with assigned children and families, facilitate monthly Child and Family Team Meetings to discuss treatment planning, and maintain regular phone contact with assigned children and families and service providers as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
The CLTS Waiver Program is one of Wisconsin's Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Medicaid Waiver programs, federally authorized under § 1915(c) of the Social Security Act. HCBS waiver programs provide Medicaid funding that may be used to fund allowable support and services that promote individuals in the waiver access and inclusion in their home and community. Eligible participants include youth between the ages of 0-22 with developmental, severe emotional, and/or physical needs, who are also functionally and financially eligible for Medicaid.
The Support and Service Coordinator (SSC) coordinates and facilitates access to all services and support, both formal and informal, which are needed by the child and family to meet their identified needs. Support and service coordination assists a child or youth and his or her family to achieve an inclusive, interdependent, and self-empowered life. The child's or youth's SSC uses their knowledge of available programs, resources, and services to create an individualized service plan that best supports the child and family in pursuit of their desired outcomes. This includes connecting families to support throughout the community and promotes family members' self-determination and involvement in all facets of community life. A primary responsibility of the SSC is promoting the child's health, safety, and welfare in their home and community.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates and facilitates services with the child and family to meet the developmental, emotional, and physical needs of the enrolled youth in CLTS.
Provide family centered, trauma informed, strength based, culturally intelligent services through monthly collateral contact, direct contact with the family a minimum of every three months, face-to-face contact at least every six months (with the child or youth), and at least one of the face-to-face contacts is required annually to take place at the child and family's place of residence.

This is a support role, located in our Portland office, designed to facilitate the efficient execution of engineering project administrative functions. The Project Coordinator will undertake both routine and ad hoc activities that promote team and project organization, communications, compliance, analysis, and reporting. The Project Coordinator will likely support more than one team and numerous projects simultaneously.
General Responsibilities
Provide full project life cycle administration.
Coordinate as necessary with Marketing to ensure project proposals are accurate and thorough.
Assist team leaders and project managers with initial project planning and scheduling, and build and maintain appropriate project tracking mechanisms (calendars, spreadsheets, etc.); create to-do lists and calendar reminders for team members from the Project Planning meeting through Quality Control.
Log Requests for Information and Submittals and establish necessary reminders.
Set up conference rooms for meetings as needed.
Ensure attendance at scheduled meetings and take minutes.
Serve as a communications hub for projects, especially to alleviate e-mail volumes placed on the team leaders and project managers.
Enter and update project manpower projections in Deltek and spreadsheets.
Monitor project budgets and financial performance and report anomalies along with recommendations for correction.
Create project presentations and other supporting materials.
Oversee and/or coordinate physical and electronic file maintenance.
Take other measures necessary to ensure timely project progress and quality control.
Assess project, team, and organizational process flows and communications, and recommend positive changes.
Assist with maintenance and expansion of the training library.
Coordinate proper orientation of new staff and team members.
Track engineering licenses, certificates, and participation in trainings, seminars, lunch and learns; work with Marketing to enter this information into Deltek.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of successful experience in a project administration or coordination capacity in either an engineering or architectural environment.
A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or architecture would be helpful but is not required.
Project management certification would be strongly preferred.
Experience in Power BI
Proficiency with the MS Office suite and MS Project or similar software.
Familiarity with building codes and standards.
Outstanding communication and people leadership skills.
· The employee will likely be required to sit at a desk and look at computer monitors for much of the day. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may also be required.

What You'll Do
