We are seeking an Operational Meteorologist to provide on-site and remote meteorological support for a premier global weather-sensitive project. What You'll Do Serve as the lead on-site meteorologist for international weather-sensitive events. Analyze and interpret real-time data from the Tomorrow.io platform (radar, models, sensors) and translate it into actionable insights. Work closely with remote meteorologists and internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in weather communication. Support customers globally through: Forecasting and writing weather briefings. Issuing weather hazard alerts. Leading weather briefings and providing direct communication (chat, email, calls). Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, becoming an integral part of their operational decision-making process. What You Bring BSc or higher in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or a related field. 5+ years of operational meteorology experience, including mesoscale and synoptic forecasting, preferably in a sports and/or live entertainment capacity. Expertise in convective, winter, and tropical weather forecasting across multiple global regions. Strong analytical and interpretive skills, able to turn data into clear guidance quickly. Exceptional written and verbal communication; confident presenting to customers and leadership teams. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Experience supporting sporting, aviation, or transportation operations is highly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel internationally at a significant frequency throughout the year (approximately 70-90%).
