Good money
They track you nonstop even if you sit in your van to do your paperwork and everything that is required they will get mad at you for idling. It’s an extremely toxic environment tracking your every move and a very dishonest place.
I don’t really have any. I guess they pay good.
He was a technician
Stop tracking technicians so much. That shows distrust in them. The bad technicians will show themselves in other ways, but if you track your good technicians and nitpick every little thing that they do, they will not want to stay there.

Horrible management, service and construction supervisors on qualified for positions
1. It pays well and they understand that people have families that they want to see. 2 There's no room for lazy unmotivated types here which I love. 3. If you perform well you will definitely be rewarded. 4. Every person of authority I've met so far treats you like an equal which is rare. 5. If you have a legitimate complaint they pay attention and take almost immediate steps to correct the situation. 6. Quality work is paramount
No more company bbq's, trips, or fun functions
