Summary: Our respected client is seeking to hire a Clinical Trial Administrator. This position is based out of Austin, TX. You will be responsible for the central administration and operations support for the Clinical Affairs department Functions including the department accounting, payment process, and Trial Master File system.
Job Duties:
• Creates the Trial Master File (TMF) and/or Investigator site files; supports maintenance for the duration of the study, assisting in the file review and reconciliation process in preparation for audits and archival
• Creates and maintains project-specific binders and related files as needed to house study records during the trial
• Attends clinical project team meetings and takes minutes
• • Knowledge of electronic data capture and electronic trial master files
• Orders, prepares, packages, and sends documents, stipend cards and other materials to clinical trial sites and vendors as needed
• Performs in-house duties to assist remote-based monitors responsible for sites located across the United States
• Responsible for clinical study payment/tracking working directly with study teams and the Accounts Payable team
• Processes and organize purchase order and invoice requests through online accounts payable systems.
• Provides monthly accrual reports to Accounting
• Responsible for study-related data entry
• Provides general support to the Clinical Affairs team
• Performs other related duties and tasks, as required
Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in the sciences/BS
• Minimum of 4 years of project coordination experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to be self-motivated and be detailed oriented

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the Team Leader for assigned area. You will coordinate the activities of all staff supporting the area and interact with faculty and residents to maximize patient care, resident education and patient satisfaction. In addition, you will perform the full range of administrative and support functions to include assisting in coordinating patient flow through the clinic, from registration to discharge. You will also work as a member of the clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation.

* Please note that this position has variable/rotating 8 and 12 hour shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays. Shifts will vary as follows:

+ 8am-5pm
