Attend continuing education programs to remain current on Director of Nursing / RN best practices and regulatory changes; provide leadership for nursing in-service education. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility; prior Director of Nursing (DNS) experience strongly preferred.
