* Oversees admissions for all patients for the center; audits all admissions following admit

* Oversees maintenance of patient medical records to include auditing of proper completion to ensure information is accurate for the center; scans documents and files in to SPIN Back Office
* Prepares and reconciles monthly and quarterly Network, Kaiser and other reports; assists center management with adjusting reports as needed, and ensures timely and accurate completion
