We are currently seeking a full time Clinical Associate for the Winter Park Assistive Care office.

Clinical Associates at BAYADA learn to lead field staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. As part of the team, your role would consist of visiting clients in their homes and supervising field clinicians. You will also be accountable for internal case management and evaluation and development of field staff. Responsibilities will also include assisting with in-home client assessments and completing the care planning process by providing clinical insight and support for your team. This position is a combination of being able to work both with patients and office staff.

Qualifications include:

* Current RN license in good standing
* BSN/MSN preferred
* Have a minimum of two (2) years of recent, verifiable, related adult clinical experience as an RN, including at least one (1) year preferably in home care.
* Strong assessment and organizational skills
* Prior supervisory experience with field staff, and experience with clinical oversight, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management
* Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
* Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
* Solid communication and PC skills

Clinical Stability Associate

Duties:
Clinical Stability Associate

Work with internal stakeholders to provide testing requirements and obtain completed analytical test results. Work with CMOs and external storage vendor to obtain approved CDAs, quotes and stability protocols as well as track pending results. Generate stability studies in Quality Document system and gLIMs. Perform data audit and verification for release and stability testing performed by CMOs. Track stability results generated at external CMOs/ CLOs; enter data into gLIMs. Maintain stability pull schedules, sample pulls and coordinate sample submission to test laboratories. Generate and maintain stability data tables for multiple products; perform data entry and verification. Generate and maintain JMP tables as required, trend data in support of expiry and investigations. Generate stability final reports and product update reports, route for review and approval. Write and revise stability protocols, SOPs and Quality Documents as required, route for review and approval. Follow written procedures and stability protocols as well as GMP guidance documents. Perform all job functions in compliance with cGMPs and maintain accurate and legible records. Provide stability assessments in support of testing/laboratory investigations, shipping or storage deviations. Serve on Project Teams as stability SME during project development. Ensure training is current for all job functions performed. Attend all required Company training. Assist in other Clinical Stability tasks as trained and assigned. Assure quality documents are scanned and archived according to procedures. Influence process improvement within the stability group and PDCS through Lean Six Sigma training


Skills:

B.S. with 3+ years or M.S. with 5+ years biologic molecule experience in pharmaceutical company Working knowledge of current regulatory guidelines and cGMP requirements Strong experience in preparing regulatory submissions and responding to regulatory inquiries Previous experience leading CMO/CRO testing a strong plus Have a strong working knowledge of governing documents for stability. Able to understand and follow written procedures. Document stability results with a strong attention to detail; able to recognize trends outside of expected results. Able to organize his/her own work on a routine basis and requires minimal supervision. When asked, the individual is able to provide updates and tracking on his/her tasks. The ability to communicate verbally and in a written format is required. Ability to interact with Analytical Sciences Operations groups, Quality Assurance, Reg/CMC and PDCS members. Able to navigate external vendor sites and portals for data extraction and review. Able to communicate findings to colleagues within and outside of the group through presentations. Previous experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS). Proficient with various MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as SAS JMP or equivalent statistical software.

Under the direct supervision of radiological technologists and/or nurses and in cooperation with all the members of the patient care teams within Radiology performs a wide range of customer service related duties environmental patient care and supply functions to fully support patient care activities in the assigned patient care area of Radiology.
