The School Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the provision of school health services to the student population served. This position assists the Manager in the daily operations of the school district assigned in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of student care within the school building of the assigned district. The School Clinical Coordinator contributes to development and evaluation of the assigned nursing personnel. This position is also responsible for assisting and providing nursing care, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgement, and skill.
Responsibilities:
1. Provides leadership and direction regarding departmental goals and as directed by contract.
2. Demonstrates personal and professional accountability for themselves and the staff.
3. Maintains school clinic safety for staff and students.
4. Participates in performance improvement.
5. Participates in and supports staff recruitment and retention efforts.
6. Supports and assists with Human Resource Management including but not limited to coaching, development, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
7. Promotes a positive work environment and staff engagement.
8. Serves as a clinical resource to the interdisciplinary team.
9. Maintains appropriate student health records and documents services rendered.
10. Communicates effectively with management, parents/guardians, school authorities, and allied personnel.
11. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the students served.
12. Other duties as required.
Other information:
Technical Expertise
1. Experience in a school setting preferred.
2. Experience in pediatric nursing preferred.
3. Experience working within in multidisciplinary team is preferred.
4. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
Education and Experience
1. Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN required, or current enrollment in a BSN program with program completion required within 2 years of assuming position.
2. Certification: BLS is required. Registered Nurse Licensure required.
3. Years of experience: Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare required. Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred.

Essential Functions:

Maintain approximately .4 FTE direct patient care, to support access to services, model evidence-based practice, and remain clinically engaged.
Establish and oversee medical and psychiatric policies, clinical standards, and models of care that ensure safe, effective, compliant, and integrated service delivery.
Advance integrated, team-based care through cross-disciplinary collaboration among psychiatry, addiction medicine, medical, behavioral health, primary care, and care coordination services.
Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation requirements, including COA, HRSA, and Pharmacy Board standards.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, peer review, provider performance evaluation, and clinical risk management activities related to psychiatric and medical services.
Provide operational and financial leadership in collaboration with administrative partners, including oversight of productivity, workflows, documentation standards, billing integrity, and resource stewardship.
Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate medical and psychiatric providers, exercising independent judgment in personnel, performance, and professional development decisions.
Identify and address system-level gaps in quality, access, and outcomes, representing OhioGuidestone with internal leaders, community partners, payers, and external stakeholders.
Foster a team-based culture of collaboration between prescribers, counselors, and case managers to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
Assure fiscal accountability for assigned programs and services, collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate documentation, billing compliance, and budget performance.

Education & Experience:
MD or DO with an active and unrestricted Ohio medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Board certification in specialty that supports leadership in integrated, whole-person care, including Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).
Physicians from other primary specialties may be considered if they demonstrate substantial experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, and integrated care leadership
5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership, supervisory or program management role
Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-program clinical services strongly preferred.
State DEA registration or BLS certification required.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring a part-time Case Manager who will be responsible for supporting Bellefaire JCB's Foster Youth Mentoring Program. This employee will be responsible for maintaining contact with their caseload and providing support on a monthly basis. This is a nontraditional part-time (20 hours/ week) position, as working some weekends/ evenings will be expected to maintain contact with mentorship matches.
The Foster Youth Mentoring Program is a grant-funded, community-based program that follows all the same standards and practices as Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. The program serves youth ages 10-21 that are in permanent custody of Cuyahoga County and has the capacity for up to 45 matches at a time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Providing supportive supervision to mentors, mentees, guardians and contract agency, as appropriate, to help maintain the integrity of mentoring matches through the entire match life cycle (interview, training, introduction, supervision, assessment and closure).
Remain in compliance with mentoring program standards, including specified documents, policies, practices, procedures and materials.
Responsible for all administrative aspects which enable the job to be carried out including, but not limited to, record keeping, supervision, attending staff meetings, monthly group and individual meetings with mentors, and other meetings and functions of agency, staffing of volunteer committee, attendance at agency events and outings.
Serving as a resource person and advocate to Bellefaire JCB and other appropriate community services.

Assist with assessing student performance in the classroom, and clinical experiences.
Active participation on college and university committees will be required and assigned. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical quality of our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The Clinical Supervisor will ensure that services meet Medicaid and state regulatory standards while supporting staff development and program growth. This is an in-person position requiring leadership, clinical expertise, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff in accordance with Ohio Board of Chemical Dependency standards.
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, CARF, and state regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality assurance activities, including chart audits, treatment plan reviews, and staff performance evaluations.
