About the role
We are looking for a sharp, forward thinking Lead Counsel, Payments and Regulatory to expand our portfolio of financial products. What you will do

What you will need

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
The CaseManager III facilitates admission intakes, treatment planning, discharge planning, obtaining collateral, clinical interventions, crisis management, assists in the legal process and initiates personalized care for individuals who are in crisis and stabilizing from crisis. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and discharge planning for Individuals, their family members, clinics, local providers, and/or other referral sources. This position will carry a caseload.
* Conducts a thorough, accurate, clinically sound Psychosocial Assessment with the individual in a timely manner.
* Ability to review and sign off on Psychosocial Assessments completed by Certified AAC or associate level staff members, if fully licensed.
* Educates and informs individuals of consents for treatment and authorizations for use and disclosures.
* Participates regularly in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
* Collaborates with the Treatment Team to develop and implement an individualized person-centered Treatment Plan that is appropriate for brief intervention. Complete the signed Treatment Plan and review with each individual and any other involved parties.
* Gather collateral from the individual and involved parties to provide a thorough assessment of an individuals' needs for treatment and discharge.
* Maintain a working knowledge of the Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) and Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Involuntary Commitment process. Monitor the petition process to ensure timeliness are adhered to, and forms are complete and thorough. When subpoenaed, attend E&T hearings.
* Actively coordinate care and provide referrals for individuals to ensure services are coordinated with both facility staff and external providers.
* Identify and address gaps in service needs for participating parties in service delivery to the individual and make appropriate recommendations to meet the individuals' needs upon discharge.
* Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to engage, monitor and communicate with the individual ensuring that safety is maintained while meeting the individuals' needs.
* Participates in redirecting individual behavior while maintaining a safe milieu when necessary. Documents all services and individual activities appropriately.
* Provides internal education regarding DBT, trauma informed care, harm reduction, and service plan documentation to enhance staffs' ability to effectively address and manage crisis situations.
* Provides casemanagement services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
* Maintain the clinic record, including documentation of activities performed as part of the service delivery process. Obtain signatures from individuals regarding treatment, as necessary. Document all services and individuals' activities in the medical record regarding brief interventions, coordination of care, discharge planning, treatment planning, and any other pertinent information.
* Prepares clinical reports and individualized service plans utilizing agency electronic clinical documentation software. Ensures documentation complies with best clinical practices, contracts, regulatory, and other legal requirements.
* Maintain a working knowledge of the Washington State behavioral health system and potential funding sources.
* Participate in individual and group supervision as required. Participate in ongoing education, including in-services, training, and other activities to maintain and improve competency. Demonstrate competency through post-testing, skill observation, and performance as assessed by direct supervisor.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

By cooperating within their distinct roles, they create a holistic support system that helps the survivor feel informed, supported, and empowered.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain confidential, accurate, and timely case records of their contact with victims/survivors in compliance with agency policy and funding requirements.
* Support collection of report program data for grant compliance and performance measurement.
Outreach & Education
* Provide training and presentations to community partners, service providers, and the public on human trafficking awareness, victim rights, and available resources.
* Assist in developing educational materials for outreach and prevention initiatives.
Required:
* Requires a baccalaureate degree in counseling, social work, one of the social sciences or a related area, and two years of experience working with victimized populations, including direct management of individual cases (or a combination of education and/or training and/or experience which provides an equivalent background required to perform the work of the class).
* Experience in advocacy, casemanagement, crisis response, or related victim services work. Experience working with survivors of sex trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, or exploitation Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and victim-centered practices.
* Familiarity with relevant laws, victim rights, and community resources.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to respond to crisis situations calmly and effectively.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to pass a criminal background check and comply with the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) protocols

Work with clients to identify barriers to create and document a housing stability plan in the casemanagement database.

Job Conditions:

· Encourage behavioral health providers to use evidence-based practices and confirm that behavioral health providers and PCP's are sharing information as required.
· Comply with established referral, pre-certification and authorization policies, procedures and processes by related medical management staff.
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations and contractual agreements.
· Coordinate service management functions with other departmental functions.

About the Role
Responsible for the operational delivery of the plan's casemanagement and coordination programs and processes. Provides casemanagement services for CHPW members with short term, long term, stable, unstable, and predictable course of illness, and/or highly complex medical/behavioral and social conditions. The CaseManager I is responsible for performing telephonic casemanagement for members with acute, chronic, and complex needs.

The goal is to help the client move along a continuum from dependence on the casemanager, to interdependence with the casemanager, to independence and strength on her own.
PCAP's primary aims are to assist pregnant and parenting mothers experiencing substance use disorder in obtaining alcohol and drug treatment, staying in recovery, and resolving myriad complex difficulties related to substance use; to assure that the children are in safe, stable home environments and receiving appropriate health care; to link mothers to community resources that will help them build and maintain healthy, independent family lives; and to prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs.
CaseManagers are responsible for providing direct outreach, home visitation casemanagement, and advocacy services to mothers who have used alcohol and/or drugs heavily during pregnancy, and to their children, partners, and extended families when needed. Fleet vehicles are provided due to heavy commuting nature of the position.
Minimum Requirements:
BA or BS degree in Social or Human Services
Minimum of 4 years of community-based experience, and working with people who have substance use disorders preferred
Maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License, acceptable driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle without restriction
Must pass a driver's abstract check in accordance with PCAP site/agency insurance requirements
Individuals with lived experience with substance use disorders or co-occurring disorders are strongly encouraged to apply
