Create and maintain Individual Case Plan for all youth involved in program. Execute routes in either an agency vehicle or one's personal vehicle. Address individual youth and group behaviors using motivational interviewing and de-escalation skills. Ensure safety and well-being of clients during all programming hours. Assist in driving and maintaining vans, transporting clients to and from program sites, transporting food to program sites.
