We are seeking a motivated and skilled Interventional Spine Clinical Specialist to join our growing team. This role is primarily responsible for supporting physicians during procedures, ensuring proper product utilization, and providing technical and clinical expertise across a portfolio of interventional spine and pain management technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-procedure support and case coverage for physicians using our interventional spine products, ensuring proper technique and optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify clinical opportunities, drive product adoption, and support post-case follow-up and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Biology, Exercise Science, etc.) or equivalent clinical experience.
13 years of experience in a clinical or procedural support role in interventional spine, pain management, orthopedic, or neuro-related fields.
Strong knowledge of fluoroscopy, spinal anatomy, and procedural flow in ASC, hospital and in-office settings.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in high-pressure environments such as the operating room or procedural suite.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to support clinical coverage and training events.
Preferred:
Experience with SI joint fusion, MIS Lumbar fusion or interventional spine procedures.
Scrub tech, radiologic technologist or medical assistant background is a plus.
