Qualifications
The Clinical Coordinator II - First Episode Team (FET) will ensure the quality of services to clients, coordinate day-to-day operations of the FET, and recommend and implement changes that would improve the service delivery of services. This position is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision along with performance evaluations in a timely manner. The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a clinical and practical resource for team and complete program reports per contract deliverables. This position does require the individual to be available on call 24 hours/day, 7 days a week unless otherwise scheduled as part of a rotation or absence has been arranged
Qualifications
Master's degree in behavioral health related field with two (2) years supervisory experience and/or clinical program development in pertinent setting. Generally supervises 5 or more Full time employees.
Licensed in the State of Arizona in Social Work, Counseling or Addiction (Associate or Independent level)
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and have clear background check
Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in field.
Personnel management capabilities.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed and to be on call
Extensive knowledge and background working with youth and young adults
