You would work collaboratively with treatment teams and community partners to ensure clients have access to the resources and care they need, whether through counseling, skill-building, or connecting them to vital services. By combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, client-centered approach, you would help individuals navigate complex systems, overcome barriers, and achieve their personal goals for health and wellbeing.
