    Ensures coordination and continuity of patient care for transplant patients in order to maintain organized and efficient support to staff and other health care professionals. Responsible for identifying the patient's alterations in health; assessing the patient's response to treatment protocols; communicating appropriate data to physician staff; implementing nursing interventions based upon established treatment protocols; and anticipating potential outcomes for patients at risk for complications. Current license as a registered nurse (R.N.). If experienced in all areas listed, will consider enrollees in baccalaureate program. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a "non-frequent driver" Licensure/Certification/Registration: BSN or Bachelors in other heath related field required.
