The School ClinicalCoordinator is responsible for the provision of school health services to the student population served. This position assists the Manager in the daily operations of the school district assigned in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams. This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating delivery of student care within the school building of the assigned district. The School ClinicalCoordinator contributes to development and evaluation of the assigned nursing personnel. This position is also responsible for assisting and providing nursing care, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgement, and skill.

About the Project
Military nursing personnel face unique emotional and psychological challenges, including moral injury and moral distress, especially in the wake of wartime care, the COVID-19 pandemic, and recent military healthcare system restructuring. These stressors have contributed to emotional exhaustion and increased intent to leave the military.
This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Building Spiritual Strength (BSS) program-a spiritually-integrated, group-based intervention designed to reduce moral injury and distress while enhancing resilience. The program has shown promising results in Veterans Health Administration settings and will now be tested in a military nursing population using a crossover trial design.
Participants will engage in weekly 90-minute virtual group sessions over six weeks, facilitated by trained chaplains. The study aims to assess improvements in moral and generalized resilience, reductions in distress and injury, and decreased intent to leave the military.
Salary Range
$22.00 - $28.00. Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.

Provide basic daily care to the Equine Program horses, including but not limited to feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, turnout, fly spray, medications & supplements.
Assist in the maintenance of Equine program facilities and equipment.
Update equine and facility records.
Work with guests & volunteers in a professional manner.
Assist with the equine conditioning program.
Provide equine and small animal First Aid
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Assist with managing the facility (paddocks, arenas, and small animal habitats)
Reacts quickly to emergency situations with quick movements or strenuous action, to ensure the safety of horses, staff, and campers.
Assist the Equestrian Director in providing onsite supervision of Barn Staff.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
A 2-year degree or applicable experience is preferred.
Barn or ranch management and herd health experience.
Experience managing a multi-faceted equestrian facility.
Training in Equine Science, Management, and Nutrition
Advanced riding, horsemanship, horse handling, and conditioning skills
Excellent supervisory and communication skills, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
priorities and job duties. Knowledge of general barn procedures and protocols
Ability to coordinate, delegate and supervise stable staff employees.
Requires strength and stamina to work in inclement weather and lift 75 plus pounds.

The clinical supervisor is a management level position that works in cooperation with the Clinical Director and is responsible for the Supervision of up to six (6) therapists and/or CPST Providers. The clinical supervisor is also required to provide clinical services to clients.
This position requires about six (6) hours per week. The clinical supervisor will work in their assigned full or part-time clinical and/or administrative position. They are also responsible for the following:
Provide direct supervision (individual and/or group) to supervisees per the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Worker Board guidelines.
Review clinical documentation (i.e. diagnostic assessments, individual service plans, progress notes etc.) for accuracy, timeliness and content.
Provide case consultation and feedback regarding clinical interventions and other issues raised to supervisees.
Promote the professional growth and development of supervisees.
Work in collaboration, from a holistic and strength-based approach, with supervisees.
Ensure compliance of agency policy and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, guidelines and code of conduct.
Attend and participate in bi-weekly supervisor's meeting and clinical staff meetings.
