Classification: Full time Non-Exempt Report to: Nursing Services Manager Summary/Objective: The Clinical Coordinator (RN) is responsible originating, developing, and managing employee staffing functions for the Medical-Surgical Unit and Emergency Room; supports staffing needs for the Medical-Surgical Unit and Emergency Department, within the scope of their license, as needed.
