Job Description
Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and facilitates nursing staff in obtaining safe, optimal health care outcomes. Supports activities that meet the facility vision, mission and goals. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN required.
Experience:
Minimum of one-year full time or three years part time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
Must be proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient and fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Must be comfortable with 12 lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias. Knowledgeable and experienced in stress testing is preferred.
License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
Other:
Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
Note:
Incumbents in this position as of 3/1/2023 with 20 years or more in the position will not require bachelor's degree.

About the Position
We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team on-site at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon! The Clinical Manager will manage multiple of our Lane County programs simultaneously that includes Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment serving individuals that were found unable to stand trial. They will oversee programs' clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region, supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities. The Clinical Manager may temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence and will maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client and program information, and protect client confidentiality while in the community. The Clinical Manager must demonstrate competence in leadership, clinical expertise, clinical supervision of program staff and personnel management, program management, program staff performance assessment, use of data, reporting, program evaluation, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources. Preference will be given to candidates that have managed and provided clinical leadership to multiple facilities and/or programs at once.The Clinical Manager will manage multiple of our Lane County programs simultaneously that includes Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment serving individuals that were found unable to stand trial.

About the Programs
This position will support McKenzie Ridge, Madrone Ridge, and Manzanita Ridge. These programs are state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facilities (SRTF's), and each serve up to 8 adults who require Aid and Assist services. Clients receive restoration services, competency assessments, mental health rehabilitation services, and personal care supports in a secure residential setting. The facilities are located on the OSH Junction City Hospital campus.
Pine Ridge RTF is a 7-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Eugene, Oregon. Pine Ridge RTF serves adults who are living with a Serious Mental Illness and have been deemed unable to Aid & Assist in their own defense.

Job Title: MEP Technical Coordinator - HVAC, Chiller, Cooler, and Control Systems.
Type of Employment: This is a contract position for the first 12 months with the potential to extend the contract or convert to a W-2 permanent employee.
Schedule: Candidate will work 3 weeks on-site and 1 week from home.
Location: Las Vegas, NV. Candidates must be willing to travel to other jobsites as needed (VA, GA, AZ, TX, IA, etc.).
The MEP Technical Coordinator is responsible for working with the customer as electrical equipment (UPS and Switchgear, Chillers) is being installed at the customer while also being a primary resource for mechanical and control troubleshooting and developing solutions. This particular person will also be looked to for expertise with the mechanical side (HVAC) and the controls. They will need to be able to troubleshoot. They will be a key representative of the client onsite and with a roughly 65/35 technical/coordination split. While having a primary site of focus, they may be asked to travel to other sites to aid in advanced mechanical and control situations.
Responsibilities:
Heavy integration and getting it to the right point to talk and communicate with the owners control system
Troubleshooting if the system is NOT talking, why not?
Diagnosing a program issue or an equipment/hardware issue (is it wired right?).
Take the front end, rip it out, and update it to a whole new platform.
Remove an obsolete control system, make it talk, and make it fit with the existing devices
Start the HVAC equipment and make it talk to the owner's control system
Work with onsite commissioning agent to oversee commissioning of chillers (coordination, getting it ready).
Communication: Facilitating communication among project stakeholders and attending a centralized platform for discussions and issue resolution.
Quality Assurance: verification processes to ensure that systems meet project requirements including installation means and methods
Coordinate project schedule with all business units and scheduler
Manage large project sites and ensure timely completion of work.
Act as the single point of contact for project status by maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders including project manager teams.
Manage project status and information in the form of formal briefings, on the weekly MEP call
Attend regular project meetings to address action items and project schedule.
Understand site safety including LOTO and PPE

The Clinical Coordinator-Enterostomy is a Registered Nurse with special education in the care of individuals with wounds ostomies pressure ulcers and related skin problems. Duties and Responsibilities
* Plan, develop, monitor, and evaluate field placements and processes for graduate counseling students;
* Plan, develop, and implement field orientation for students prior to being placed in field experiences;
* Schedule and implement orientations/training, support, and problem-solving each semester for site supervisors;
* Schedule and implement orientations/training, support, and problem-solving each semester for program students
* Recruit, evaluate, approve agreements and retain sites ensuring responsiveness to the mission of the University and counseling program;
* Liaison between the counseling program and clinical/school sites;
* Respond to all inquiries related to practicum and internship from current students, prospective students, and all current and potential community placement sites;
* Intervene promptly in the resolution of problems experienced by students or sites in field placements;
* Monitor and collect performance evaluations of students and site supervisors;
* Review student evaluations of sites and site supervisors, report to faculty, and follow-up as needed;
* Provide reports and/or updates to the counseling faculty and counseling chair including student progress, status of field practicum sites, and problems encountered in field placement;
* Oversee the maintenance and updating of student files and clinical placement information;
* Facilitate the submission of required programmatic reports and documentation, including program assessment, performance on state licensing or certification examinations, and employment rates;
* Lead the Field Advisory Committee, comprised of site supervisors, faculty, and students/alumni;
* Plan, develop, and implement two training workshops (CEU certified) each year in collaboration with counseling faculty and site supervisors;
* Perform related duties as assigned; and,
* Maintain regular office hours.
Minimum Job Requirements
* Master's Degree in a Clinical Behavioral Health field.
* Independent mental health licensure (LPCC, LI/LCSW).
* Three (3) years of professional behavioral health practice with community, state, and/or educational organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program.
* Earned doctoral degree or ABD in Counselor Education and Supervision, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Coordinator-Enterostomy is a Registered Nurse with special education in the care of individuals with wounds ostomies pressure ulcers and related skin problems. The principle role of this position is to assist the medical staff and patient care team in achieving the best possible outcome for the patient. Primary area of expertise is in the wound ostomy and continence management. The position is responsible for providing direction and coordination for a specific patient population from premature infants to geriatric patients with disorders of the gastrointestinal genitourinary and integumentary systems such as complex wounds ostomies fistulae dermal ulcers tubes incontinence or actual or potential skin breakdown as appropriate to the ages of those patients served. The Clinical Coordinator - Enterostomy will collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure continuity of care during rehabilitation. This position reports to the CNE or designee.

Qualifications
Minimum:
Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
1 year (within the last 5 years) recent wound care (ET) experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or health related area or current enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree program with an education plan approved by the CNE which will allow completion of the Bachelor's Degree program within three years.
Good assessment teaching communicative (verbal nonverbal and written) and presentation skills and the ability to function effectively in stressful or crisis situations.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Applies nursing and team process.
Have good organizational skills.
Must have neat handwriting printing and documentation skills.
Must flex schedule to include some evening night and weekend hours based on the needs of the position.
Computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint and Access.

Job Description:
Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for the planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care to the patient, family, care partner and appropriate others. Technical Sills:
Must be proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient and fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. Must be comfortable with 12 lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias. Knowledgeable and experienced in stress testing is preferred.
License/Certification:
Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP and/or required specialty training or course completion (current upon hire).
