Confirming Primary Investigator review of study visits

Subject retention activities and follow up procedures
Obtaining consents for amendments where applicable
Participating in protocol amendment training and updates essential documents accordingly
Sponsoring monitoring activities, preparation, data clarification
Weekly review of study status
Obtaining appropriate certification of required trainings
Contributing to patient recruitment efforts as business demands require.

Your qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 1-3 years experience as a Research Coordinator; or one year of RN level nursing, direct patient care in hospital setting or clinical research nurse
Certification of Clinical Research Coordinator, preferred. If no certification, willing to obtain certification within two years.
Computer literacy including Microsoft office (Word, Excel), Google suite, and CTMS software a plus.

Job duties are not limited to, but do include:
Provide patient care while ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, completion of care plans, and outstanding patient outcomes
Manage team members and day to day operations of the clinic
Education and proactively educating the community on how conservative physical therapy can effectively address musculoskeletal injuries and issues.
Support & grow the already robust direct access nature of our clinic
Regular liaison with marketing team to monitor new patients, referrals, and give insight as appropriate
Attend promotional breakfasts, lunch, snack, and some after hours events to help educate both professionals and the community on our services
Ensure compliance with company procedures in all matters of documentation, supervision and coding (billing)
Meet regularly with team members and supervisors as scheduled.
Caseload/Patient Population:
The caseload is general orthopedics and has a focus on adult to older adult patients who want to avoid surgery, medications, injections to relieve pain and improve their lives. The Physical Achievement Center helps patients by getting to the root cause of their problem so they can do more of what they love.
Primary areas of focus include non-surgical spine, shoulder, lower extremity pain, and neuropathy reversal.
Schedule / Hours:
The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6:30pm. Friday hours are 7am to 5pm.
The actual work schedule and hours for this position will be mutually determined based on candidate availability and patient needs. Maybe asked for occasional weekend community event participation.
Compensation & Benefits:
The full-time salary for a clinical manager position is in the range of $80k-$95k per year depending on experience and qualifications.
Ability to earn up to 10K for performance pay.
