+ Promotes continuity of care through effective discharge planning, care coordination, and communication with the health care team.
+ Works with the parameters of the Kansas Dietitian Practice Act, regulatory standards, established policies, and procedures; and utilizes other pertinent references as guidelines for clinical practice.
