As an Intercept Interviewer, you will receive paid training, work in a fast-paced environment, engage with travelers, and collect data to improve airport concessions. This position offers $22.00 per hour PLUS a $5/hour completion bonus.
What to Know About This Role
This is a short-term assignment from Monday, March 2nd to Friday, March 6, 2026.
Complete all required new-hire onboarding documents, including Form I-9 and acceptable supporting documentation, within the required timeframe
Attend a 90-minute, mandatory, paid virtual training
Responsibilities of an Intercept Interviewer:
Walking between concourses to assigned locations at CLE Airport
Conduct surveys verbatim using a project provided tablet
Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials
Keep respondent information and survey details confidential
Arrive on time
Communicate with supervisor and be responsive to daily updates
Complete all other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous intercept, field data collection or interviewing experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Persuasive, professional, and energetic communication style
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong attendance
Must have reliable transportation
Must treat all respondents with sincere professionalism
Training, Schedule, and Shifts
Complete a mandatory, paid online training and a 60 minute live virtual training prior to first shift

Interviewers are required to work all days of data collection
Interviewers must work a 6-hour shift and either be available for the morning (6:45am to 11:45am) or afternoon (12pm-6pm)
