Our clinical activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Operations team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day departmental/project support; * Collect and conduct quality review of site essential documents from clinical research centers; * Maintain databases and compile reports; and * Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support successful study start-up. Qualifications * Minimum a high school diploma; * Some experience in an office setting is preferred; * Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office; and, * Great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills. Job DescriptionNow Hiring Intercept Interviewers in Cleveland OH Noor Staffing Group is seeking experienced, Intercept Interviewers for a short-term assignment at CLE (Cleveland Hopkins International Airport). As an Intercept Interviewer, you will receive paid training, work in a fast-paced environment, engage with travelers, and collect data to improve airport concessions. Interviewers must be persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail-oriented. This position offers $22.00 per hour PLUS a $5/hour completion bonus. What to Know About This Role This is a short-term assignment from Monday, March 2nd to Friday, March 6, 2026. Complete all required new-hire onboarding documents, including Form I-9 and acceptable supporting documentation, within the required timeframe Attend a 90-minute, mandatory, paid virtual training Responsibilities of an Intercept Interviewer: Walking between concourses to assigned locations at CLE Airport Conduct surveys verbatim using a project provided tablet Be responsible for tablet and all other study materials Keep respondent information and survey details confidential Arrive on time Communicate with supervisor and be responsive to daily updates Complete all other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications & Requirements: Previous intercept, field data collection or interviewing experience preferred High school diploma or GED Persuasive, professional, and energetic communication style Detail-oriented and reliable with strong attendance Must have reliable transportation Must treat all respondents with sincere professionalism Training, Schedule, and Shifts Complete a mandatory, paid online training and a 60 minute live virtual training prior to first shift The dates for this round of data collection will be Monday, March 2nd to Friday, March 6, 2026 Interviewers are required to work all days of data collection Interviewers must work a 6-hour shift and either be available for the morning (6:45am to 11:45am) or afternoon (12pm-6pm) Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
