Supervises unlicensed laboratory staff and clinical laboratory scientists in training. Coordinates with other clinical laboratory scientists, including coordinators for safety and quality control. Follows Standard Operating Procedures for specimen processing, performing test procedures, data analysis and reporting test results. Performs appropriate QA/QC procedures.
