    Wonka Industries

Clinical laboratory scientist job in Colorado Springs, CO

COMPANY SUMMARY: Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is an emerging team-based, physician-led, comprehensive health and wellness clinic in the beautiful area of Gillette, Wyoming. HH&WC was founded by the Hoskinson family in 2021. The Hoskinson family is composed of both multi-generational physicians who have served in a variety of leadership roles in the healthcare landscape, and technology experts that are on the cutting edge of biotech focused advancements. While these backgrounds are indicative of advancement in the fields of biotech, research and muli-disciplinary medicine, the Hoskinson family is ultimately most passionate about forming systems that fight against discrepancies often seen in the modern healthcare landscape. These combined backgrounds are what has formed our unique philosophy for healthcare at HH&WC. HH&WC was created to provide prospective-focused care for the communities we serve, as opposed to reactive, RVU focused care seen with most facilities today. We feel driven to meet the true needs of our patient base with personalized resources, effective education, and innovative technology integrations. To do this effectively, we focus on a few fundamental principles: 1. Time is of the essence: We encourage all of our members to spend more time with patients through a lower daily patient volume. Our goal is to allow our members to develop closer relationships with patients and in turn, ensure patients feel heard in their concerns. 2. Collaboration is key: We strongly promote cross-collaboration with our care teams to further ensure patients are provided optimal results and faster diagnoses. Communication is a critical element to ensuring patient care goals are met within the facility. This collaborative effort spans within all vertices of HH&WC. 3. Bridge the care gap: We consistently analyze resources available to patients in our market and work to bridge those gaps as best we can. This means we are consistently searching for high-caliber talent and opportunities to bring additional lines to our facility. This currently includes primary care, specialty physicians, imaging suites, lab services, pharmacy services, mental health resources, lifestyle resources, and extensive technological integrations. 4. Lead with expertise: Unlike many healthcare systems, our administrative team collaborates with our members to help guide and support, but leaves the leadership to the experts - our providers and specialists.
