This combination of education and experience must have provided knowledge of the theories, principles, and practices of medical technology equivalent to that provided by the full 4-year course of study described in A or B above. Job Description DEFINITION This position performs quantitative and qualitative clinical laboratory determinations as requested by physicians including procurement of specimens, computation of test results, and submitting completed reports. Job Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Scientist-Laboratory Information Systems (CLS-LIS) supports the LIS team in both daily laboratory operations and project-based initiatives. This role contributes to the analysis, design, configuration, validation, and optimization of laboratory information systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. DEFINITION This position performs quantitative and qualitative clinical laboratory determinations as requested by physicians including procurement of specimens, computation of test results, and submitting completed reports.
