Qualifications: Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. MLT or MT/MLS certification preferred. Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory setting is desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work rotating weeknight call and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.
