The Analytical Lab Technician supports Car Care manufacturing operations by performing routine and non-routine analytical testing to ensure raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet established quality specifications. This role ensures timely and accurate analytical data to support production, product release, and continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities:? Conduct analytical and physical testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products following approved test methods. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments such as pH meters, viscometers, and FTIR. Accurately document test results in laboratory databases in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. Support manufacturing troubleshooting by providing analytical data, insights, and timely feedback. POSITION SUMMARY Assist with the day-to-day operations of the fire safety program, fire safety complex, mobile training units, and remote facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Support the maintenance, organization, and appearance of the Fire Training Grounds, fire apparatus, and fire equipment, including routine preventative maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities used in instruction. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Assist with the application and adherence to policies and procedures while on the Fire Training Grounds or when using Public Safety facilities or equipment. Assist with managing the logistics of equipment being requested for training and education within the NWTC District. Ensure the safe operations of equipment and facilities as required by state, industry, and OSHA standards. * Assist with support of logistics related to equipment requests for training and education within the NWTC District, ensuring safe operations in accordance with state, industry, and OSHA standards. Support maintenance and inspection of fire facility and apparatus, equipment and tools, testing fire pumps and aerial devices, ground ladders, SCBA and ensure the compliance of NFPA and WI SPS 330 required by the state. * Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of fire facilities, apparatus, equipment, and tools, including basic testing of fire pumps, aerial devices, ladders, and SCBA. Help ensure compliance with NFPA and WI SPS 330 requirements, including fit testing for students and instructors. Work with instructors to ensure lab equipment supports curriculum needs. * Assist instructors in ensuring lab equipment aligns with curriculum needs. * Provide input and support in areas of capital and operational planning, such as gathering vendor information or researching equipment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE * Associate Degree in Fire Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Fire Service. * Two years of related experience as a professional or volunteer in fire service. * Microsoft Office Suite and database information systems. * Knowledge of Wisconsin Fire Service training and certification standards. * Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable under the districts standard insurance policy terms. * Thorough understand of current fire codes, statutes, guiding WTSB directives and IFSAC requirements. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered. Assists physicians with diagnosing and treating cardiac andperipheral vascular disease and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath/EP Lab. Specializes in the care of patientsundergoing PTCA, stent placement, IABP placement, EP devices andablations. The Cardiac Cath LabTechnologist functions as a technical resource and provides scrub assistance tocardiologists in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic interventionalcardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. Minimum Requirements: + Graduate of CCAHEP or ASCP/SCP accredited program preferred. + Bachelor's degree preferred in biology, anatomy, physiology,or a related field - At least 1 year ofexperience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred. + ACLS/PALS per contract requirements. + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age + 6:30a-8p - 3 shifts/wk for 39 hours.
