Medical Technologists must have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have 1 year of experience in a medical laboratory as a Medical Technologist. Must have experience working as a generalist (chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis). Must have BLS and ASCP or AMT-MT or MLS National Certification. Bachelor's degree in science or a health-related field, such as chemistry or microbiology, is required.
