Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science, clinical laboratory science, biology, chemistry, or a related life science field meeting CLIA requirements. Master's degree or doctoral degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred but not required. Minimum of two years of laboratory management or supervisory experience in a clinical or regulated laboratory environment. Experience in a high complexity CLIA laboratory preferred.
