Perform new client admission including orientation to the facility complete all appropriate KIPU forms and scheduled recurring assessments. Keep laptops, phone and tablet charged for the next Shift. Facilitate program and pro-social activities (i.e., going on walks, playing board games, oversee holiday activities). Enforce client rules and regulations for physical, emotional, and spiritual safety. Establish a consistent presence and awareness of clients' behavior. Document detailed shift notes pertaining to each individual clients' daily progress and distribute to appropriate staff at the end of shift.
