Basic Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.

In this newly-created role, the Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor will join the pharmacy leadership team to provide general leadership and support in the development and management of clinical pharmacy services to patients through the hospital.
