Full-time Description Clinical Pharmacist CLASSIFICATION: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Tribal Health SUPERVISOR: Pharmacy Director or Designee GRADE: E19 $51.93 ($108,021.89) - $77.90 ($162,032.83) This position is under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Director. The Clinical Pharmacist works independently and, as part of a patient's care team, is responsible for consulting with and advising Medical, Nursing and provider staff on drug information, recommending patient medication therapy and providing counseling and education to patients at all clinic sites (main, secondary, satellite).
