The role is largely remote with limited travel requirements (up to 10%).
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers in building drug library rule sets within the safety software.
Collaborate with lead pharmacy consultants and customers to validate drug library rule set entries.
Partner with customers and the lead pharmacist to conduct drug library reviews and/or testing on infusion pumps.
Facilitate the completion, documentation, and sign-off of drug library builds.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical pharmacy or healthcare experience.
Strong computer application skills, including the ability to learn and navigate infusion pumps and safety software.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively with customers and consultants.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (up to 10%).

AmeriPharma MedBox, an industry-leading long-term care at-home pharmacy service, is currently seeking a Pharmacy Biller to join our team in Laguna Hills, CA.In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our MedBox program by ensuring the accurate and timely billing of multi-dose packaged prescriptions. You'll work directly with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), manage claim adjudication, handle prior authorizations, and resolve billing discrepanciesall while maintaining exceptional patient communication and customer service standards.This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pharmacy claims billing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a tech-enabled, patient-centered pharmacy solution.

Location: On-Site Laguna Hills, CA (Office borders Irvine)
Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and rebill NDCs to ensure accurate claim submission
Perform electronic claim adjudication and resolve rejections
Communicate with insurance companies to address billing issues and obtain overrides
Manage prior authorizations and coordinate with healthcare providers
Engage with patients regarding insurance-related issues, providing clear and timely resolutions
Ensure compliance with Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail, LTC, or independent pharmacy setting
Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmacy billing
Familiarity with NCPDP standards, PBMs, and claim processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred: Licensed/Registered Pharmacy Technician
