Pharmacy Operations Officer Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. **AMBULATORY CARE** **CLINICAL PHARMACIST** **VALUE BASED CARE** Responsible for providing comprehensive medication management services for patients cared for by the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) Clinics and/or patients managed by the Saint Alphonsus Health Alliance (SAHA). Works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, staff and other health care professionals to provide medication management, education, and care coordination across the health care continuum. About the role The Pharmacist will support company's non-dispensing pharmacy operations by providing clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational rigor across the full prescription lifecycle. This role ensures that the employer-supported cash-pay pharmacy model delivers accurate clinical review, maintains patient safety, and adheres to all state and federal requirements. Partner with Product to design automated criteria, safety checks, and compliant workflows for prescription handling.
