Hours: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, no nights, weekends, or holidays
Primary Responsibilities:
Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
Provides information to customers about medications and their use

The hourly range for this role is $43.17 to $84.95 per hour based on full-time employment. Purpose of the Role:
The PRN Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing the dispensing of mail-order medications, providing clinical consultations, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. The Complex Care Clinical Pharmacist serves as each patient's "personal pharmacist," helping those with complex medication needs optimize therapy, reduce risks, and improve outcomes. What you'll do in the role:
* Provide a "Wow" patient experience during every interaction. Deliver exceptional service that goes beyond meeting patient needs to creating moments of genuine care and trust.
* Conduct patient visits in diverse settings, including patient homes and various community health center (CHC) locations, to ensure accessible and comprehensive care.
* Deliver comprehensive medication management for patients with cardiometabolic and related chronic conditions.
* Conduct detailed polypharmacy reviews to identify duplications, drug-drug interactions, adverse effects, cost concerns, and opportunities to simplify therapy.

* Engage in motivational interviewing and shared decision-making to promote patient self-management.

Young at Heart Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. As a vital part of our Pharmacist team, you will be responsible for filling medications for facilities, workplace clinics, independent patients, and mail delivery patients. Pharmacists will be responsible for verifying all orders for accuracy. Additionally, you will maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor with all customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
Assess the identity, strength and purity of medications.
Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, ascertain the needed ingredients, and evaluate their suitability.
Compound and dispense medications following prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized medical practitioners.
Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.
Analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
Plan, implement, and maintain procedures for mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals, according to policy and legal requirements, to ensure quality, security, and proper disposal.
Open the pharmacy on a daily basis and be present per state board regulations.

Qualifications:
Active license from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy
Active license from the Kentucky State Board of Pharmacy-desired
Working Conditions:
Normal working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with additional time as required based on daily workloads.
Pharmacists will also be placed in a Saturday and on call rotation to support customers and production schedules.
Physical Requirements:
This position does not require standing for extended periods of time (chairs are provided).
Heavy lifting is not required, but the Pharmacist should be able to lift up to 10lbs.
The ability to push wheeled carts containing a number of bins from one location to another.
Operating a desktop keyboard and mouse.
Communicating with employees, patients, caregivers, and physicians by phone, fax, and email in a courteous and professional manner.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Pharmacist is responsible for overseeing production-related pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting fulfillment accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clinical Management - managing patient care by coordinating with an integrated team of health care providers, assessing clinical data, and optimizing therapy to ensure appropriateness and safety of medication use through evidence‐based medicine, and to promote and monitor adherence and persistency.
Fulfillment - Coordinating the processing, distribution, and delivery of referrals while maintaining product integrity, managing inventory of specialty medications, following up with patients to ensure that they receive medications, and billing for services rendered.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in prescription processing and production quotas.
Perform PV2 verification of prescriptions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of dispensed medications and packaging processes.
Ensure the pharmacy remains compliant with all accreditation standards and applicable DEA, FDA, NABP, URAC, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Collaborate with Fulfillment Leadership and Pharmacy Technicians to ensure adherence to workflow, safety protocols, and delivery schedules.
Support training and performance development of pharmacy personnel as needed.
Maintain oversight of pharmacy documentation, including prescription records, SOPs, and compliance logs.
Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
Identify and escalate operational issues or compliance risks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment process.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
Current unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in good standing with the State of Indiana (or applicable state).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in fulfillment or production operations.
Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy compliance, PV2 verification, and regulatory standards.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

JOB SUMMARY:
Provides safe and appropriate pharmacy services to patients in the alternate care setting in accordance with policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable regulatory and accrediting entities. Coordinates patient services. Assesses appropriateness of therapy, dispenses medications, supplies and medical equipment, documents patient progress toward goals, intervenes as clinically appropriate and provides education regarding appropriate medication administration and use. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrates ethical pharmacy practice and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, professional practice standards, and accrediting entities.
2. Assesses patient's suitability for home care and appropriateness of prescribed therapy.
3. Ensures the patient database is complete and compiles the necessary information needed to design a patient-specific pharmacy plan of care with goals for therapy.
4. Recommends and writes patient-appropriate orders.
5. Assures documents that require the prescriber's or pharmacist's signature for billing are generated and obtained.
6. Assesses laboratory results and performs pharmacokinetic dosing.
7. Makes appropriate dosing recommendations and documents.
8. Initiates, creates and updates patient medication profiles.
9. Performs accurate prescription order entry to ensure medications are properly concentrated, without incompatibilities, stable and properly stored.
10. Dispenses medications and related supplies to cost-effectively meet patient needs and assures authorization for services is obtained prior to dispensing.
11. Accurately dispenses, programs, if applicable, and troubleshoots medication administration pumps.
12. Accurately submits electronic claims for medications, as applicable.

19. Provides concise, applicable and timely responses to requests for drug information.
