Basic Qualifications

Overview

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Required Licensure and Certifications
BLS-CPR
Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
Must possess strong knowledge of Pharmacy Services; knowledgeable and skilled in current practice concepts of pharmacy practice settings; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills; must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust; and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
