What You'll Do The Clinical Pharmacist will play a critical role in executing Suvida's Healthcare model to strengthen the provider-patient relationship and engagement by enhancing the quality and affordability of care. This individual will focus on supporting providers and patients through medication management support, pharmacist-led clinical programs, and practice transformation. Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all TSBP, USP , and company SOP standards for safe, compliant operations. Inventory Management: Oversee medication inventory, documentation, and workflow accuracy. Qualifications for the Staff Pharmacist: Licensure: Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License required. Experience: 5+ years in pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in sterile compounding or a closed-door pharmacy setting. Technical Skills: Proficient in compounding systems and pharmacy software (PersonalMD Pharmacy Software preferred). Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of TSBP regulations, USP standards, and sterile compounding best practices.
