The clinical staff pharmacist will work in both the home infusion and specialty pharmacy department and will be responsible for providing safe and effective medication and services in accordance with AleraCare Pharmacy California's policy and procedures, state and federal regulations. The clinical pharmacist works closely with the intake department, nursing agencies and monitors patient progress toward goal. This is a Monday through Friday position.
