Duties and Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pharmacist duties including interpreting prescriptions and dispensing medications, vaccines, and therapeutic agents. The Pharmacist-in-Charge will lead a team in a compounding pharmacy. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a leader who can manage both pharmacy operations and staff as the business volume increases. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Dual Role: Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge while also acting as the primary on-site pharmacist. Compounding Oversight: Oversee both non-sterile compounding initially, with sterile compounding expected to be introduced in 12-18 months. Staff Management: Lead and manage a staff of approximately 15 employees. Operational Growth: Manage the pharmacy's current volume with the goal of ramping up operations as the business expands.
