D. degree Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $65.00 - $82.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position may be required to oversee and/or verify and validate pharmacy technician activities and documentation and will work closely and collaboratively with other internal and external departments as needed, including but not limited to Reimbursement and managed Markets Services, Quality Management, Nursing and/or Clinical Services, and/or other Pharmacy Services team members. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Graduate with a BS or Doctorate of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required Current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the state noted in posting required Strong knowledge and understanding of specialty therapies, the steps needed to qualify a patient for such therapy, and the ability to lead team members through these steps for patient support Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
