What you'll do The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) is a credentialed member of the Bassett Medical Staff who provides excellence in the continuum of care as a member of the patient care team, and facilitates a culture that engages employees, fosters innovation, and sustains program implementation. This pharmacist will operate under our ambulatory care pharmacy services umbrella and primarily provide direct patient care to patients for our Adult Medicine and Internal Medicine Clinics. Major responsibilities will encompass the provision of medication management, including diabetes and anticoagulation care, as part of a primary care team.
