Physical Demands and Work Environment
The work environment is characteristic of a medical clinic environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel. The employee is also required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. SFRC's Residential treatment is a 30 to 120-day commitment. The Women's program provides 32 treatment beds for women, pregnant women, or women who have small children. The center for women and children is unique in New Mexico because it enables mothers to bring their children (0-6 years) with them while in residential treatment. Gender-specific treatment for women focuses on self-esteem, self-worth, and value in an open and honest atmosphere. Mothers are encouraged to discuss their feelings and explore strategies for reunification with their children. This program is aimed at ceasing the generational cycle of trauma, illness, and addiction among families.
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Program Manager is responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and coordinating all client service activities for the Residential Treatment Program. Program and activities must adhere to the structured framework of SFRC Policies and Procedures, and comply with standards of a CARF accredited organization and BHSD and Medicaid regulations. The Clinical Program Manager has oversight of the program: responsible for program budget, meeting revenue (census), expense targets, and oversight of grant projects (Local, State, Tribal, Federal, and private funding). Coordinates with the clinical team, case management, direct care staff, child care staff, medical providers, and outside service providers to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Positions Supervised:
All staff working within the program including Therapists, Case Managers, Med Tech Supervisor, and individuals providing services to clients.
Requirements:- A Master's Degree or Doctorate from an accredited college or university in Substance Use Disorder Counseling; Guidance and Counseling; Psychology; or related health field, plus any combination or graduate studies in the above areas and experience in Mental Health and SUD Counseling adding up to five (5) years, of which three (3) years must have been in actual Substance Abuse Treatment, and two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
- New Mexico Licensed LPCC, LCSW, Ph.D. or PsyD, preferred.
- In the case of a recovering person, must have successfully maintained a two (2) year period of uninterrupted abstinence from alcohol and/or drug abuse.
- Must be computer literate in order to effectively meet requirements for use of Electronic Health Record systems and other electronic platforms.
- Must have and maintain a current, valid NM Driver's License. Must have and maintain a clean driving record, as well as auto insurance.
- Bi-lingual/Bi-cultural preferred (English/Spanish).
