ESMI Program Mental Health Part Time Clinician (Early Signs of Mental Illness) Our ESMI program delivers services to clients aged 15-30 years old over a 2 year period with specific phases of treatment and identified needs. The ESMI program uses Motivational Interviewing, CBT for Psychosis, and Shared Decision Making to support clients experiencing psychosis for the first time (or in the first 2 years of having psychosis), to avoid partial hospitalization, residential care, or hospitalization. This program also assists clients stepping down from these higher levels of care. ESMI is a team focused program consisting of a therapist, supported education and employment specialist, nurse practitioner, lead clinician, and peer support specialist, to provide wrap around services to meet the client's needs and work towards their goals. As the Clinician working with the client, you will specifically focus on their therapeutic needs, and collaborate with the ESMI treatment team weekly to staff cases for optimal effectiveness and success.
