    Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Adolescent Salary Range: $113,506 - $141,887 annually, based on relevant years of experience Status: full-time Role Overview: Responsible providing individual, family, and group therapy services in acute care settings for youth and adolescent clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. The Clinical Psychologist will complete psychological screening and assessments across programs. Services will include providing evaluation, consultation, and monitoring of individuals receiving involuntary care. Position will work in a multidisciplinary team of providers and is critical to supporting the mental health and developmental needs of young people in our community. Essential Duties: Conduct age-appropriate clinical interviews, screenings, psychological assessments, and testing in acute care programs. Diagnose emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders specific to youth populations. Develop and implement individualized, developmentally appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and care teams. Deliver evidence-based therapy (individual, group, and family) focused on supporting youth mental health. Consult with school personnel, pediatricians, case managers, and other providers to coordinate care. Required: Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution required. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings (school-based, outpatient, or community behavioral health strongly preferred). Current and valid DORA license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of CO. Highly Desired: Proven experience in child and adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches.
